对于神经性听力缺陷患者而言,人工耳蜗是目前主要的恢复手段。人工耳蜗通过植入体内的电极阵列产生电流,直接刺激耳蜗的螺旋神经节细胞,引起听觉系统响应。因此,研究植入耳蜗内电极阵列产生的电势分布特点具有重要意义。基于电势分布情况,可以对电极阵列的结构、尺寸、激励方式等进行优化,以提高人工耳蜗的性能。研究中使用的耳蜗以及电极阵列仿真模型为经过其他三维建模软件得到的STL文件导入COMSOL中生成。为了研究耳蜗内电势分布,选择了“电流(ec)”物理场接口,对模型边界设置了电势条件,对部分电极设置了激励电流条件。仿真模型的材料使用了库材料和自定义材料 ... Saiba Mais
